About The Event
Customer discovery will make or break your startup. If you don’t have a clear customer segment and a solid value proposition, you’re finished before you’ve started. This customer discovery bootcamp meets once a week for 6 consecutive weeks (every Wednesday from 5-7pm ET). Attendance and participation at each session will be crucial for getting the most out of the bootcamp. Bootcamp starts January 27th and ends March 3rd.

Why attend? Get clear on two critical parts of your startup: your customer segment and your value proposition.
About the process: Participants will develop and improve their business model over 6 weeks. Each week, you’ll form and test a new hypothesis. Each week, you’ll collect data that will inform your next hypothesis. You will present your new business model to KP, and get his raw, honest feedback. Expect to talk to at least 10 potential customers weekly.
About your teacher: KP Reddy is the Founder and CEO of Shadow Ventures, a seed-stage VC firm focused on built environment technology. KP has exited three technology companies and was also the General Manager of ATDC at Georgia Tech, one of the oldest technology incubators in the country. KP has thoroughly experienced all aspects of the startup process. No matter where you are on your startup journey, KP knows what it’s like and can help you towards the same success.
